Challenge: After the rebranding, how can Škoda engage employees around its new brand platform “Let’s Explore”?

Insight: Everybody can be an explorer. Exploration is an attitude, even at work.

Idea: Internal ambassadors to promote the mindset of exploration, inspiring materials encouraging curiosity, and a platform for open dialogue.

Activate Brand Values
through Ambassadors

As a brand strategist working with the client, I collaborated to bring Škoda's values of Human, Simplifying, and Surprising, to life through an internal initiative. A team of employee ambassadors, embody each of these values through hands-on activities to embed the spirit of "Let’s Explore" across the organization.

The ideas below are fictive and represent my own take on how Škoda’s Spirit of Exploration could be creatively translated into other applications:

Ignite Curiosity in
Škoda’s Everyday Spaces

Škoda’s office walls and hallways come alive with a fresh language of exploration. Posters and digital screens display familiar workplace acronyms, like "OOO" or "ETA," but with a twist: each acronym is reimagined as an invitation to engage in something unexpected.

A spark meant to jolt employees out of routine thinking and remind them that exploration begins right here, in small, daily ways.

Connect on Škoda’s Exploration Community

The call to explore finds its voice online too.

Via an interactive platform on employees’ intranet, Škoda has created a digital space for stories of curiosity to be shared and celebrated. A QR code allows employees to snap, scan, and contribute their own personal moments of discovery, from a new skill learned to a hidden gem found during a work break. Here, colleagues connect and inspire each other’s journeys.
